Developing the senior-citizen friendly food using food reinvention and molecular technology
- In order to fit nutritional requirement of senior citizen group, we try to reinvent protein molecular and apply it to the manufacture of their foods.
- Most of the senior-citizen group have food neophobia problem, sensory and psychological feeling of eating were also considered in our research.
Industrial Upgrading Using Bio-tech
- Participate in the courses of 2019 Training Program for Interdisciplinary Talents of Biomedicine and New Agricultural to learn about entrepreneurial skills.
- Research the anti-cancer activity of Glossogyne tenuifolia natural products, and publish a poster at 2019 Annual Meeting for Taiwan Association for Food Science and Technology.

- The “Upgrading Larvae Culture Techniques in Penghu (II) Exercise Book- Operation course” is a continuous work of the “Larvae Culture Techniques (I) - Theoretical & Operation Guide Book”.
- In this book, we build-up a SOP procedures of larvae culture. Through case-study, discussions and experiments, students can accumulate abundant experiences, knowledge and skills for their carrier.
